First floor you will find: Kitchen, Dining Room, Guest Bedroom Suite, Main Living Room and Balcony overlooking views of pool and courtyard area including a shuffleboard court. On the second floor you will find: Loft Area, Laundry Room, Master Bedroom Suite connected to a large, oversized balcony overlooking Sand Key Beach. Oversized Master Bedroom was designed to be your incredibly special private sanctuary. Including a separate seating area to relax and enjoy the views. Abundant closet space, Master Bathroom with a large bathtub/shower combination area. Laundry with full size stackable washer and dryer. Well-maintained grounds and fantastic amenities including: Heated waterfront pool, expansive pool deck with covered gazebo, plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas, shuffleboard, waterfront BBQ grilling area, onsite gym, sauna, billiard room, library, and club/game/party room with kitchen. Gated entrance and 24/7 security. Cable and internet included. NO pets allowed. REQUIRMENTS: A non-refundable $150 fee is required by the condo association to stay at this property. Must be submitted 15 days prior to check in. Minimum stay is 7 days – required by the Condo Association. THE POLICY STATES: 7 DAYS MUST BE IN THE SAME MONTH; AND NOT OVERLAP INTO THE NEXT MONTH. UNLESS IT IS OVER 21 DAYS IT COULD OVERLAP.
