Just a short couple blocks walk to all the downtown shops and restaurants.This particular unit is perched above the main house, boasting its own private entrance via an upper porch. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. The separate bedroom features a brand-new mattress and fresh bedding for your comfort. Entertainment options abound with a Smart TV offering access to Netflix and other apps. The bathroom has been recently renovated, showcasing all-new fixtures, and you’ll enjoy the convenience of heating and air conditioning. Plus, on-site parking awaits you just at the base of the exterior stairs. Whether you prefer bar seating or a spacious dining area, there are various options for you to feel right at home.While staying with us, you’ll also have access to a shared backyard space, which is occasionally frequented by other guests and their dogs – all are welcome to enjoy it.The living area offers picturesque views framed by original restored windows. Here, you’ll find a comfortable queen-size sofa bed featuring a top-rated memory-foam mattress, and we provide ample bedding for all sleeping arrangements.From the porch, you can even catch a glimpse of Lowell Observatory, located just up the street. Nearby attractions include frisbee golf and Thorpe Park, complete with a children’s playground and tennis courts.
