This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has laminate and tile flooring throughout, all new bathrooms and furnishings and a newly landscaped and refreshed pool deck for 2024!The main level of the home is ground level (no steps!) and features a cozy living area with a flat-screen TV, couch and 3 chairs. **Fireplace is not for guest use.** The kitchen features stainless appliances, a Keurig coffee maker and a laundry area. There is also a door that leads from the kitchen to the pool area. The dining area has seating for 6, as well as sliding doors leading to the pool.The main level of the home has a primary bedroom with a king bed, flat-screen TV and two closets. The bathroom has ornate tile flooring, two granite top vanities and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom on that level has a king bed, flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a granite top vanity and walk-in shower.The two guest bedrooms are located on the 2nd level. The first bedroom has a queen bed, desk area and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and a desk area. These rooms share access to a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower.5 Indigo Lane offers the ultimate outdoor experience with a fully fenced-in backyard, private salt water pool, free use of the stand-alone hot tub and gas grill.
