It’s a contemporary space, with a large fully stocked kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Please note, the pool is not heated and the small area in the pool is not a hot tub.The property has a TV in every bedroom plus one in the living room, and very fast WiFi.The SpaceThe backyard is perfect! It’s truly an amazing, private space for relaxing. There is a BBQ grill, great lounging outdoor furniture and a beautiful pool.Guest AccessThe home is completely private, so guests have access to all of the home and its amenities.Other things to noteSome pets allowed – There is a $250 pet fee if you travel with one pet, and $350 for two or more pets.Pack n’Play and high chair available upon requestTVs in this property are smart so you’ll be able to log into your favorite streaming apps including those for broadcast TV. There is no cable TV. You have the option to log into any streaming app for which you have an account. We do not provide streaming app accounts.DO NOT THROW WIPES DOWN THE TOILET. If you use wipes, you’ll be fined $1500 for any plumbing repairs.No parties or gatherings.Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the property, including vaping or medicinal marihuana. If we smell smoke you will be fined $500. You’re welcome to smoke outside.No loud music after 9PM.We ask that all food and trash be removed into trash bags and placed in outdoor trash bins. Smoking is not allowed. Parties are NOT allowed. Locals must contact the host prior to booking. Check-out is at 11:00 am if check-out is more than 30 minutes past check out you will be charged an additional $40.00. If you hold possession on our property for more than 2 hours you will be charged an additional day, this does not award you possession for the additional day it’s a penalty for holding possession beyond what you are supposed to because you could negatively affect a future reservation and costing us money by having our housekeepers wait around. Violation of house rules is grounds for removal of the property without refund and you shall be considered trespassing. All Guests must be declared on the reservation, if there are undeclared guests it will be considered as an additional $40.00 per day
