There is no ocean view in the condo but the excellent location of the complex itself puts you just a short walk through the complex to relax on the beach.**Please note that the Amtrak Coaster trains run all along the California coast and are a fun part of California coastal living. They pass by but are no longer allowed to use their horns along this stretch of track. There is a noise machine provided in the condo for guests that are extra sensitive.KITCHEN AND DININGThe kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and comes fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to create any of your favorite vacation foods right from the comfort of your own condo. The dining area has a small table with seating for 4 as well as 2 spots at the bar for quick bites or younger guests.LIVING AREASB210 is furnished to comfortably house 4 with a large sofa-sleeper, and two additional chairs. For the occasional cool winter day – or to create an ambiance – the living room has a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.The bathroom is across the hall from the bedroom and has a walk-in shower with a rain shower head and a handheld shower wand.SLEEPINGB210 is set up to sleep 4 guests. The master bedroom has a King size bed and a 32 ” flat-screen Smart TV with cable. Additional sleeping arrangements are found in the living room where there is a queen-sized sofa sleeper.
