Warm temperatures and plenty of sunshine have arrived in the OBX! Enjoy Rowen’s OBX Studio apartment located in Kill Devil Hills (5.5 milepost) just steps away from beautiful Bay Drive. The Studio is quaint and comfortable, located on the ground level of our home with a private entrance…….PERFECT for couples or the single traveler. We live upstairs full-time, so you may see us working in the yard or coming and going from time to time. Don’t hesitate to say “hello” or ask questions. Currently, we require a 4 night minimum however, will consider 2 and 3 day rentals if days are available on the calendar. Message us to request a 2 or 3 day rental.
