The dining and living area has access to a large deck leading down to the pool area.There are 8 bedrooms in Surf View – 6 of which are King rooms – another has 2 sets of twin-size bunk beds, and the last has a twin over full bunk bed. On the main level, you will find 2 of the King bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. One of them even has private balcony access! The third bedroom on this level features the twin over full bunk bed with a pull-out trundle. The bathroom for this bedroom is located across the hall. On the upper level, there are 4 additional King rooms. two of these rooms share a full bathroom as well as private balcony access. Another Jack & Jill bathroom on this floor features a King room on one side and two twin-over-twin bunks on the other. The final bedroom on this level is a King room with bathroom across the hall. This bathroom has a shower/tub combination.The pool area has a large sundeck, spa, swim-up Tiki table, water slide, and covered seating area under the waterfall feature. The covered lanai area also features a pool table, ping pong table, and several patio tables.Heading upstairs to the very top of this home, you will find a large rooftop deck and seating.
