It’s perfect for entertaining featuring a heated pool, large covered patio with outdoor dining and seating along with a 39″ TV, lounge chairs by the pool, built in BBQ grill with island and bar stools to visit while grilling those burgers and during the colder months everyone can enjoy the gas fire pit with built-in seating! It’s the perfect place for everyone to unwind and get away from it all! (There is a $40.00 per night pool heat fee that is automatically applied to each booking from October 1st through April 30th. Pool will not be heated any other month. We cannot guarantee any exact temperature for the pool or that in the coldest months it will be at your ideal temperature). The first guest bedroom features a King size bed, a 40″ Smart TV w/ YouTube TV and dresser and the second guest bedroom features two Queen size beds, and a 40″ Smart TV w/ YouTube TV.
