The condo is professionally cleaned prior to each arrival. Check-in time is at 4pm or later (flexible); check-out is at 10am. No pets or smoking allowed.This 5th floor unit includes 6 beds in 4 bedrooms, and easily sleeps 8-10. There is a king bed in the master bedroom with en suite bath, and another king bed in second master bedroom with en suite bath. Both master bedrooms feature additional seating as well as ocean/beach-view windows and direct balcony access – you can sleep with the doors open and go to sleep to the sound of crashing waves, wake to the sun and sounds of gulls (or not – pull the blackout blinds and sleep in!).The third bedroom in rear of condo has two double beds (great for 4 kids) with a shared hall bathroom. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds with en suite bathroom. We’ve found this to be a great setup for a group of 3-4 couples, two families of 4-5 each, or a large family with grandparents in tow.
