If you are looking for a world class location with some of the best beaches in the country, walking distance to shops, restaurants, and everything that Newport Beach has to offer with beach access right out the buildings back door, this place can’t be beat. This is a studio unit, facing the street (Balboa Blvd) with peek a boo views through the homes of the bay. The building is located right on the Sand, street bay side facing unit, this unit is not on the sand. When you walk out the back door of the building and you will see miles of beach and sand, the world famous wedge, and the Balboa Pier. Boogie board, surf, bike, stroll the pier and board walk, play at the ocean front park, grab a coffee, or a bite to eat one of the excellent restaurants.
