There is a $50.00 per night pool heat fee that is automatically applied to each booking from October 1st through April 30th. Pool will not be heated any other month. (We cannot guarantee any exact temperature or that in the coldest months it will be at your ideal temperature). Enjoy the pergola patio, 2 lounge chairs and outdoor seating. Grill up some burgers on the BBQ grill and after a long busy day take a dip in the pool. It really doesn’t get any better than this. The Laundry room is just off the kitchen, so you can have them washed before you leave to save on time for when you get home.The living room is a great place to unwind featuring a sleeper sofa (queen) for additional sleeping, chair, 65″ smart TV with YouTube TV live and a glass arcadia door that overlooks the backyard and pool perfect for your relaxation! There is also a small fun space right off the living room where you will find games and bean bag chairs. The master bedroom has a King size bed, 50: Smart TV, dresser and private master bathroom with single sink and walk in shower. The Guest bedroom #1 has a Queen size bed and dresser and Guest bedroom #2 has a bunk bet set with a twin size bed on top, full size bed on bottom.Linens and towels provided.
