Vehicles found in violation will be towed.POOL CLEANINGPool cleaning at Windsor Island Resort houses is typically conducted weekly on Saturdays, but it may be subject to adjustments based on weather conditions. In the event of unfavorable weather, the cleaning may be rescheduled to a different day of the week. Our professional team has access to the pool area without requiring you to open the door, and they will complete the service in approximately one hour, allowing you to enjoy the pool afterward.Two days before the guest’s arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent. It is important to note that, during your stay in this vacation home, only those who will have access are the registered guests.This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they’ll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:- Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.- Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.- Laundry: One laundry detergent.- Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).PLEASE NOTE:• Pool heating is an optional service priced at $33 per day, with a minimum payment of $165 per stay.• Complimentary use of BBQ Grill: The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience.
