Welcome! This home has 3 bdrms /2 full bathrooms. Two bdrms have queen beds and the 3rd has 2 large bunk beds (twin top/full bottom). There’s a large living room, dining area, and a large kitchen. There’s also a spacious game room w/ sofa, foosball, and air hockey. Great backyard w/ grill and lots of seating plus great views of Mt Elden. Quick walk through the neighborhood to loads of hiking. Dogs must be approved ahead of time and a $50 pet fee will be required. NO AC in this home!The spaceThere is no AC in this home, like most Flagstaff homes.Other things to notePlease note:We love you to have your pets on holiday with you. We do ask that you ask for pet approval with us before booking and also know we charge a $50 non-refundable pet fee. This home, like most homes in Flagstaff, does NOT have AC. In the summer months, the evenings are cool and the house cools down. Asking for a refund due to this oversight will not be honored. Please reach out with any questions!ThxS
