This is a ski-in two bedroom plus loft condo (1200 sq.ft.) in the heart of Breckenridge. Two private bedrooms plus loft with its own bathroom, living room, full kitchen, dining area, It’s located in a very safe neighborhood on the backside of the building – no noise from the road and view of Peak 8. It’s just a block from Main Street and two blocks from the Gondola. The condo is on the top floor in a building with an elevator.The condo sleeps 8 privately and 10 people maximum. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and loft and bunk beds in the second bedroom.There is a 32″ TV with live channels and a DVD player in the living room.Hot Tub. The community hot tub is professionally maintained and is open daily until 10:00pm.Pool. On-site seasonal pool. The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.Free wi-fi in the condo.Skiing. The condo is located on Four O’Clock Run, so you can ski pretty much all the way to the condo. The easiest way to get on the mountain is to take the Gondola.Shopping and Restaurants. Historic Main Street with all restaurants and shops is only a block away. There are factory stores in Silverthorne (about 30-minute drive).Parking. There is free parking for one car in the carport or anywhere around the building.This condo is clean and it’s a great budget/affordable accommodation right in the heart of Breckenridge. It’s a great option for all the amenities, proximity to town and everything Breckenridge has to offer.Quiet hours are from 10pm – 7 am.Due to the COVID-19, our cleaning lady is taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces with products that meet the EPA’s criteria and we follow the CDC’s Cleaning Guidelines.
