This is the perfect place to stay for football weekends or a family visit to Ann Arbor any time of the year.Enjoy the fully equipped and newly renovated kitchen which connects to the dining and living area with large-screen TV/sound system. A beautiful new fireplace will keep you warm and cozy! The family room in the lower level provides extra space to stretch out and includes an additional large screen TV.Three cozy and comfortable queen beds in the three main floor bedrooms. The fourth bedroom in the lower level has 2 twins (day bed) and the adjacent family room has a queen size futon for additional sleeping space if needed. Sliding barn doors can be used when needed for privacy between family room and the lower level bedroom. The fabulous lower level bathroom is accessible from the bedroom or from the family room area for convenience. Max occupancy is eight people.The owners of this house continuously work to perfect all of the comfort details we feel are important to guests. We stock extra towels, blankets, kitchen basics, etc. A two car attached garage with a breezeway entry into the house will keep you dry on a rainy or snowy day. Two additional parking spots are available in the driveway.We look forward to sharing our home with you and helping you make your own special Ann Arbor memories!
