Close to Downtown Flagstaff, and a quick walk to a popular local pizza joint, and coffee shop. Located in northwest Flagstaff, our flat is just about 20 minutes to Arizona Snowball, 90 minutes to the Grand Canyon and in the heart of town. Location is key when visiting a new place and this is the perfect combination of convenient and tranquil.Our Involvement:We live locally in Flagstaff, but we prefer to give our guests space. Please reach out if you need anything. Please do not interact with the family that lives in the main house, they are not associated with running the VRBO. We prefer that you contact the host when needed. We are excited to host you!Additional rulesBecause we live in the World’s largest contiguous Ponderosa pine forest, we often have the luxury of seeing furry friends and critters. We ask that you respect our natural habitat and keep your distance if you do come across an elk, deer, squirrel, skunk, or javilina etc. We do see skunks from time to time. Luckily, if you leave skunks alone, they will do the same. If you experience a skunk spray while on our property, please notify us immediately and unfortunately, we must charge you a $500 fine as it will require significant additional cleaning before the next guest arrives. We don’t expect this to happen (and it never has), but just want to be sure we are informing our guests. Please let us know if you have any questions and thank you for understanding!Parking:Please park on the street just past the driveway. If you are looking at the house, you should be parked to the left of the driveway on the road.Check Out Details:Please be sure dishes are clean and put away, or on the drying rack.Please be sure you take any unused food with you or put it in the trash.
