This newly remodeled home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms plus a guest casita (5th bedroom)! The spacious floor plan allows guests to be together but never feel crowded. The dining table comfortably seats 8 and there’s 4 more seats at the adjacent breakfast bar. There’s a 65″ TV in the Living Room for movies, sporting events or just relaxing at the end of a fun day as well as TV’s in all bedrooms. The kitchen is straight out of a magazine and is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals. The big backyard features a new swimming pool/hot tub area with lounge seating, a gas fire pit, gas BBQ, outdoor table and chairs, artificial grass, and backyard games such as giant Jenga and corn hole. WiFi and cable TV are included.
