Prime Location! Close to Masters, downtown, and I-20. Walking distance from Augusta National .8 miles (save on parking). Hardwood floors, large living room with huge TV great sound system (fast wifi), & open concept living room kitchen & dining room. Huge back deck for entertaining that overlooks the private backyard. Upstairs is 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master suite has a en suite with tub and separate shower. Furniture is slightly different from pics (I recently bought the house).If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask.Daily cleaning is offered for an additional fee that we can work out depending on what you want done. If you have questions about the area or the tournament I am knowledgeable and would love to make your masters Experience as genuine and exceptional as possible. I can have the refrigerator stocked with Groceries and beverages of your choice, as well as pick them up for you throughout the week. (Potentially more if you have 4×4)The house is 2 stories with a basement. The basement is not finished and will simply be used for storage and guest access is not permitted. The rest of the house except the master bed room closet will be open and accessible to patrons.
