Enjoy the open floorplan upstairs with fireplace, super comfortable sectional, and patio with gas grill right off the dining room. The primary bedroom with King sized bed is upstairs and there are two additional bedrooms downstairs – one with a King-sized bed and the other with full over full bunk beds, as well as an additional trundle. The family room futon adds another comfortable sleeping area. Don’t miss the hot tub, the downstairs patio, or the fire pit just behind the house. We love spending time at our second home making memories with family and friends and hope you will have a great time doing the same during your stay.Our house is ski in/ski out via a five-minute walk to and from the slopes. In the summer, the Granby Ranch mountain bike/hiking trails are steps away from the house. Golfing at the Headwaters Course at Granby Ranch is only a five-minute drive away.
