It has space for all the gear. The mud room leads to an open first floor with a living room, dining room, and kitchen, along with a half bath. There is a wonderful fireplace to warm everyone up. The back door opens to a covered patio which is only steps from Kearsarge Brook. The second floor has the master bedroom with an ensuite with double sinks and a jetted bathtub. At the opposite end of the hall is the second bedroom with two full-size beds and a full bath outside. This floor also has a 4ft. wide ladder leading to a large loft area with 1 full and 4 twin beds and a 55″ TV for movies and video games that both kids and adults alike will absolutely love! This condo is also great for 2 families or an extended family vacationing together. Cable and Wi-Fi! Great tax-free outlet shopping is available a few minutes away. North Conway Scenic Railway and the village with restaurants, boutique shopping, and of course ZEBS are all within a mile!
