Master bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom and 48″ Smart TV, as well as an additional master bedroom downstairs on the finished lower level.Spacious living room includes a comfy sofa, a futon on the lower level for additional sleeping accommodations, patio door opening up to the screened-in covered back porch, multiple outdoor dining areas, private backyard, laundry area, on-site parking, high-speed Wi-Fi, and keyless access.Dock/Boat Slip: The private dock is available for use for $50/day.
