Basement gym area includes elliptical trainer, workout station, stationary bike; plus large ping-pong table. This sought-after private community—2 miles from Sag Harbor Village and Long Beach and in close proximity ( 10 minute drive) to ocean beaches—offers tennis, pickleball, basketball court, and brand new playground a block away at Village Hall. North Haven Manor is a historic private residential beachfront community in the Hamptons, located on the island of North Haven / Sag Harbor, less than one mile to the Shelter Island ferry, and situated between Noyac and Sag Harbor bays, it offers water on three sides, two picnic esplanades for residential use. In summer season starting in May there will be a weekly pool cleaning fee $100 per week for cleaning and services until the end of September. Weekly house cleaning person available at guests cost.
