Table with seating for 6 and umbrella for shade.All utilities are included in weekly rental price. Less than a 10 minute walk to downtown Main Street for all the village shops, restaurants and food stores. Southampton train station is a 5-7 minute walk. An easy 10 minute car ride to the famous Cooper’s Beach.Addition since photos: there is a manual gate at driveway.Fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. This is your home away from home! There is a guest binder at the home filled with maps, restaurant-menus, beach info, winery listing and local business information.
