Many of Scottsdale’s top golf courses and exquisite spas are just minutes away.What to be aware of:- PARKING: One shaded parking space available plus plenty of Visitor Parking .- From about late November to about mid February, the complex goes to a only heating system in the Winter. We will provide a portable cooling unit for those that like it cold. – Good Neighbor Policy & City Law: Any activity or gathering that disturbs the peace or quiet of a residence or neighborhood is prohibited any time of day, particularly between the hours of 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. If a neighbor calls or comes over and asks you to quiet down, be friendly and quiet down. Rental properties cannot be used for non-residential activities such as corporate events, parties or weddings. (Noise is monitored by NoiseAware devices) The city has laws about noise disturbances.
