A short 5 mile drive to Boyne Mountain for excellent downhill and cross country skiing, snow tubing and ice skating; in addition to nearby Nubs Nob and Boyne Highlands ski resorts. Walk from the house to Avalanche Park trailhead for a hike to see the spectacular fall colors and overlook Lake Charlevoix. In addition, Avalanche Park has an ice rink in the winter.During the summer (July and August) only weekly rentals.
