Downstairs are two guest bedrooms decorated with vibrant Florida décor, TVs, and they share the hall bath with a shower and tub combination. Plus, the twin bedroom has pool access.Room Details-Primary Bedroom, 2nd floor: King bed, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower-Second Bedroom, Main floor: Queen bed-Third Bedroom, Main floor: Two twin bedsThis Florida dream home is near parks and restaurants easily accessible by foot, bike, and by the free AMI trolley.-This home is strictly an animal-free zone due to severe allergies. Due to this homeowner allergy, we are unable to welcome any animals including service and/or emotional support animals.2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group.
