Does not face the beach, parking can be difficult, older building with relatively thin walls that can be noisy. The building is located in is right on the Sand, this is an interior unit, street facing the street with peek a boo views through the homes of the bay this specific unit is not on the sand, you can see the building map in the photos, we offer units 4,5,9, and 10 on the sand facing the water. You can walk out the back door of the building and see miles of beach and sand, the world famous wedge, and the Balboa Pier. This may not be a problem for most people, but if you are very sensitive to noise, you may find it challenging to stay here. We hope you understand and appreciate our honesty.
