Winter Harbor is only a couple miles up the road with the entrance to the park. Which offers bike trails, hiking trails, and breath taking views of the ocean. Winter Harbor also offers restaurants, shops, art galleries, and the Ferry to Bar Harbor. Bar Harbor/Acadia National Park is a hour car ride.
