Full kitchen, brand new appliances, and recently updated bathrooms make this space easy to relax in no matter how long your stay on the emerald coast!Our unit is a 2-bedroom space that features a king and twin/full bunk in the master bedroom, and queen bed and twin bunks in the second bedroom, sleeping 9 total! Laundry room with washer and dryer is also provided. Our space also has smart TVs, cornhole, beach chairs and a cooler for your use!Property highlights:- Prime Location: Our unit is minutes away from the water on the north side of Thomas Drive close to several local eateries and coffee shops.- Outdoor Entertainment Area: Brand new fenced backyard with stone pavers throughout that has tasteful patio furniture, a full size hot-tub, and plenty of room for games.- Pet Friendly! Our space is perfect to host you and your smaller and hypoallergenic fur babies. We will need to approve your specific pet at the time of booking!
