Located in a quiet neighborhood just 5 blocks from the beach and walking distance to local shops, restaurants and boutiques, you have everything you need right at your fingertips. After a day out around town, come home to relax in the hot tub and grill on the rooftop as you watch the sunset over the ocean. Master bedroom has own TV, second bedroom has bunk bed set with larger lower bed. AC unit provided!The Space:This is a residential street with abundant street parking. We love your pets and have a large yard for them to frolic in, but please be sure to clean up after them.Guest Access:You have complete and unfettered access to the unit. You are also welcome to use the fenced in front yard for your dogs but we request that you monitor their use since the front yard is the entry point for both your unit and the back unit. Please pick up after your pet as well. The rear of the property, including the deck and hot tub are shared with the owner, and she has two dogs so please be sure to let us know if you are bringing along a dog.Other Things to Note:This property is pet friendly. There is a $100 pet fee applied after booking. If you have any questions please ask!
