We hope you love our home as much as we do!Let Us Tell You About This Home:This 4 bedroom home is a perfect beach house that has it all! The backyard offers a great relaxing space for entertaining or throwing the ball with the kids! All this is less than a mile to several beaches and boat docks with some of the best restaurants in Hyannis. Families are sure to love the 1/2 mile stroll to Main Street Hyannis for shopping, eating and entertainment. Take in a game with the beloved Cape Cod Baseball league, or hop a ferry to Nantucket.Enter through the breezeway to a sweet sunroom with whimsical art and color choices that confirm you are on the Cape! As you step down into the sun room, there is a small table with 4 chairs – perfect for playing cards or having a quick lunch before hitting the beach. The stackable Washer/Dryer unit is located in this space as well. The multipurpose entry room has sliders that open right up to the backyard brick patio with outdoor furniture to spend the afternoon reading a book or listening to the birds – the perfect spot for Fido to catch some sun!Entrance to the garage is to the right where you will find beach chairs for your use. Feel free to store your beach toys, but please do not park your car.To the left is a large eat-in kitchen stocked with plenty of cookware and gadgetry that the chef in your group will surely appreciate. Lots of cabinet space – gas range, dishwasher and French-door fridge help make meal prep and clean-up effortless.The mini-split in the dining room helps keep the lower level cool. The table seats six for family meals. Remember, the glass topped table in the entryway seats 4.You’ll notice the hardwood floors throughout the home as you pass from room to room. Relax with a movie in the living room after whipping up meals in the fully-equipped kitchen. The light-filled living room welcomes you with a classic nautical vibe. Settle into a plush couch or the armchairs next to the fireplace (not for guest use) and watch shows on the large flat screen TV.Straight ahead on the right is the first full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The main level primary bedroom has a comfy Queen bed and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom has a day bed with a trundle and two closets. The shark theme is sure to delight the adventurous ones in the group! Both bedrooms have their own mini-split A/C units.On the upper level, past the front door, to the right is the third bedroom with three twin beds with a double closet. The second full bathroom is located here and has a tub/shower combo. To the left is the fourth bedroom with a Queen bed and skylights to let sunshine in. Both upstairs bedrooms have their own mini-split A/Cs.The lush backyard features a dining patio, gas grill and fire pit. The outdoor shower is an easy way to refresh after a fun-filled day at the beach.Lower level boasts a multi-use room for games, remote working/learning or a perfect place to watch a scary movie!
