This beautiful home overlooking Emery Pond has been completely renovated. Spacious 3 bedroom 1 and half bath home with 1 queen, 2 twins and a king sized bed in the open loft. Lovely modern home with new appliances and granite counter tops. Vaulted ceiling with floor to ceiling glass windows to look over the lake and sliding doors to go right out to the deck where you can sip your morning coffee. A path with steps takes you right down to the lake, so bring your fishing pole! Close proximity to the bike path, too. It is a quick drive in to town (or about a 30 minute walk) and to the Nantucket Sound beaches or Oyster Pond. A Welcome Bag is included compliments of the owner-a reusable tote with cleaning and paper products. Dog friendly-1 dog max-$150 fee will apply.
