The house has two large porches/decks front and back and an expansive back patio with plenty of space for grilling and outdoor eating. Great wifi throughout!Great environment for sitting and listening to the quiet neighborhood and the sounds of the ocean surf.Only two short blocks to the beach, 5 minutes by UBER, Jitney or car to exciting Atlantic City, 5 Minutes to Margate and 15 minutes to Ocean City.Great indoor entertainment: 3 smart LED televisions, and WIFI accessConvenient Full sized washer and Dryer available on the premises. just bring your clothes and relax. Hand scooped ice cream and even a handmade chocolate shop just around the corner!Adults 28 years and older/or their children are welcome. Lessee must be present for the entire rental period. Sorry we can not rent to college or high school groups.Inquire about bringing your dogs- we are pet friendly!Pet fee is $200 with proof of recent rabies vaccination, only dogs under 30 pounds will be considered. Guest are expected to clean up after pets and dispose of waste properly. Guests must follow pet rules or be charged extra for damage/pet cleaning fees.Payment of cleaning and linen fees and Insurance is required.
