Nestled in the whispering pines and rolling hills of Gull Pond Village, this unique home features a bright open family space and spacious wrap around deck area with gas grill and outdoor dining and lounging furniture sure to provide outstanding entertainment space for your Cape Cod getaway! Enjoy hiking, kayaking, shopping, dining, and both ocean and pond beaches all just a short distance away. The main floor offers a primary bedroom with king bed and an en suite bathroom equipped with a gorgeous roomy walk in shower. The open living plan of the kitchen, dining, and family room with 55″ TV are all on this floor as well. The double doors in this space open to the back deck for added activity area. There is an additional bathroom with walk in shower on this floor. On the upper level you will find one bedroom with a queen bed, another primary bedroom with a queen and en suite bathroom with walk in shower (also has its own private sitting area, purple couch in photos), and a loft space with twin trundle beds and a desk. The upstairs overlooks the family room. There is off street parking for 5 cars. Pets allowed with permission! BOOK NOW!
