The Wandering Artist is two properties combined – the main house, which has two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, and the carriage house, which has an additional bed and bathroom. A private courtyard connects the two homes and makes the perfect spot for morning coffee. The main house has been recently renovated, converting two homes into one and opening up the space while maintaining the original brick walls. The spacious living room has plenty of comfortable seating, including a sleeper sofa, and a large, wall-mounted TV. Duel brick fireplaces, now decorative, are mirrored on both sides of the living space. The dining room has a beautiful, ornate table and opens to the adjacent kitchen, where you’ll find everything you need to prepare a meal. Both bedrooms are upstairs, and each has their own bathroom. The first bedroom has a King bed and the second has a Queen bed and Twin bed. Each bathroom upstairs has a tub/shower combo and separate toilet area. The third bedroom is in the studio space of the carriage house which includes a Queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a full bath with a shower/tub combo. You’ll be a quick walk to a selection of Savannah’s best restaurants, including Mrs. Wilkes Restaurant and Husk.
