We also did the hike this morning and loved it – went to the top of Mt. Guardian as per your notes, and found that secret vantage point where you look out at Cooper Lake… Hiked overlook mountain yesterday – the views were astonishing – though we were not brave enough to go the distance to Indian Head. We also found our way to the swimming hole and absolutely loved it… As I’m sure you can tell, we love it up here and wanted to see if you’d be interested in renting the house to us Columbus Day weekend… Certainly a bit of a shock to be back in the city after our days on Mt. Guardian.Guest Book: We really enjoyed ourselves in the Catskills and the house was lovely – exactly what we were after. I think we saw a bobcat although I confess to being ignorant of North American wildlife. We saw it reasonably close to the house. In any case, we loved staying in your charming forest getaway. Everything was fantastic and the hike from the house to the view was such a bonus. Also an activity you can include for future guests is inner tubing in Phoenica. What a blast!
