Enjoy a private river front setting with room to room to roam (and fish), while being close to all of the incredible amenities and recreational experiences that Durango has to offer. The ample outdoor space/decks with seating and a gas fire pit will allow you to enjoy the amazing setting on the Animas River.The cabin features the expected vacation rental amenities including a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer (laundry detergent provided) and there is plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and trailers. High speed Starlink WIFI was installed in March 2024 with speeds over 100mbs.Bed Configuration:Main Bedroom – Queen Bed (Top Floor)2nd Bedroom – Double Bed (Basement Level)3rd Bedroom – 2 Bunk Beds (Single Over Single – Basement Level)This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date.
