A gas log fireplace and 55″ flat-screen smart television serves as the focal point for the living room, while the kitchen is designed with plenty of space to make a large family meal. The fully furnished kitchen comes with generous cabinetry, upgraded appliances including a refrigerator, four-burner gas range, coffee maker, Keurig, oven, and built-in microwave. A breakfast bar seats three, while the cozy dining room table accommodates another six. This cottage offers a master bedroom located on the main level that includes a king-size bed, an en suite bath with walk-in shower, and a private balcony. Full-size laundry facilities and a half bath complete the main level. ELEVATOR SERVES ALL FLOORS.The second floor includes three guest suites and two large balconies. Guest suite #1 includes a queen-size bed, private bath with tub/shower combination. Guest suite #2 includes two twin beds, private bath with tub/shower combination. Guest suite #3 includes a queen-sized bed, private bath with walk-in shower, and balcony on the backside of the cottage. Also on the second floor is a balcony at the front of the house with space to enjoy the ocean breeze.
