As you move through the home, you’ll find a plush Queen sized mattress, a large open-air closet for your belongings, a fully stocked kitchen, a dedicated workspace, as well as carefully curated art from local artists and a variety of live plants adding to the overall charm of the space. Each area was designed to make you feel right at home!The living area features a large love seat, Smart TV and tray tables for those cozy nights in and the kitchen is fully stocked allowing you the space to make anything from cocktails before your dinner downtown or for nights in cooking your favorite meal.The home is surrounded by beautiful trees, succulents, and cacti, giving you complete privacy.Details:✨Reliable High Speed Internet (200 MBPS)✨Close to Downtown State St. and Stearns Wharf✨Smart TV✨Dedicated Workspace✨Fully Equipped Kitchen✨Safe Residential Location✨Fully fenced, private garden/yard featuring a variety of plants & cacti✨Pets friendly (with a non-refundable $100 pet fee, per pet)✨AMENITIES:We provide towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, shampoo/conditioner, coffee, salt & pepper, oil & trash can liners.✨ENTRY:There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.✨PARKING:There is plenty of street parking in front of and surrounding the home. Please take note of street sweeping and time restricted zones.✨THE DRIVE:The house is very easy to find and located close to freeway on and off ramps!✨INTERNET:The house has reliable high-speed internet throughout the entire space.You can access your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TV✨OUTDOOR SPACE:The yard is completely enclosed and features a lovely cacti garden & outdoor bistro set!✨BEDROOMS:There is 1 bedroom, with a queen bed. There is room for an air mattress. The home can fit 3 people comfortably.✨KITCHEN:Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils/Spices/Oil✨PADDLEBOARD:There is a paddleboard and oar available for you to use during your stay.✨SECURITY:A security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. There are NO cameras inside the property.✨ PET FRIENDLY:This property is pet-friendly. We allow up to 2 pets, as long as they are under 40lbs each. We do not allow pets on furniture, as a precaution to help keep the home clean for future guests. There is an additional, non-refundable charge of $100 per pet. This helps us ensure we can properly clean the home for future guests who may have allergies. Please disclose if you will be bringing your furry friends with you. Once you book, we will request the additional pet fee from you. If we discover that there is an undisclosed pet in the home, you will be charged an additional fee.
