The beach is only just afew steps across the street to the access point, so you can go back and forth easily. Take a shade break on our front porch and enjoy a quiet cocktail while rocking and taking in the salty sea air and ocean view. Or if you’ve had enough salt water, take a dip in our community marsh-side pool. Located right at the north end of the island and Freeman Park, you can stroll over the Lo Tide Tiki Bar for a nearby social hour, or walk or bike 1.5 miles down to the Sea Witch or many other bars, restaurants and shops at The Boardwalk. The north end of the island has been reenergized with last year’s Beach renourishment and lots of summer action at the new Carolina Beach Pier.
