Site 1620 is a cozy, newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath beach cottage inside Ocean Lakes Family Campground! This house accommodates up to 7 people and comes with one complimentary golf cart. Must be 21 to drive the golf cart and 25 years of age to rent the house!There is a large living area with new flooring throughout the house. It comes with a well-equipped kitchen with all the appliances, utensils, dishes, pots, and pans you need to make a homemade meal ( no dishwasher). A custom-made coffee bar for your enjoyment includes a Keurig and a coffee pot maker. There are smart TVs in the living room, each bedroom, and on the large covered front porch. The house also has a gas grill for your enjoyment.The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a full in addition to a twin blow-up air mattress. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.This house is pet-friendly for dogs of any size as long as the breed is listed on Ocean Lakes’ approved list. There is also a non-refundable pet fee PER PET. This is a smoke-free home! You may smoke outside or on the porch…you must dispose of the butts/ashes appropriately! You will need to bring all paper products with you.***LINENS ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE DURING PRIME SEASON ONLY, WHICH IS FROM MAY 18 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 6. The linen package includes the following: bed sheets and pillowcases, bath towels, washcloths, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bath mats. Pillows, comforters/quilts, and mattress pads are provided. IN THE OFF-SEASON YOU MAY PURCHASE THE LINEN PACKAGE, PLEASE INQUIRE IF INTERESTED!**Ocean Lakes charges $15 per day per vehicle to park..this is NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL RATE AND IS PAID DIRECTLY TO OCEAN LAKES! IF YOU UTILIZE EXPRESS CHECK-IN ITS $12 PER DAY PER VEHICLE TO PARK.Once full payment is received for the rental I will enter the authorization for you to stay at my house into the Ocean Lakes Portal. They will in turn send you an email requesting info and payment.
