The walls are 12ft tall, providing such a spacious feel. The original floors give this place quite the charm, and the modern amenities will make you feel right at home. I LOVE the balcony overlooking Front Street. Talk about just sitting back, relaxing, people watching, and being able to enjoy the bustle from above.Guest accessEntire Place. Quiet hours 10p-8a. No parties.No parking spaces for my loft. I park in the lot behind the building ($13/day) and sometimes find street parking right in front . There are several decks around and I just unload in the front (if space allows) and then I move my car. Street parking is free from 6:30pm-9:00am Monday through Saturday and free on Sunday.There is a walk up! One flight of stairs, no elevator.Sleeps 6 means: Two beds (one queen, one king) and one queen air mattress. As my spot is so spacious it comfortably sleeps 6. There is a sofa as well which you could always do one on the sofa and one on the air mattress, I guess it would depend on who draws the short straw in your party or who isn’t paying haha. Please disclose all overnight guests as we set up accordingly.I have a similar unit (more modern in style) exactly adjacent to this unit, within same walk up.
