Nearby attractions include mountain biking trails at Twin Buttes and Phil’s World in Cortez as well as Hesperus Ski Area.The home is perfect for multiple families as it features 2 living spaces on separate floors each with a TV and Foosball table in the downstairs living space. Additional amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, high speed WIFI, washer/dryer (laundry detergent provided), one car garage and 3 additional cars in the driveway (off street parking is not allowed). The main floor has AC while the basement level stays plenty cool and as such, does not have AC.Bed Configuration:Master Bedroom – King Bed (Main Level)2nd Master Bedroom – King Bed (Downstairs)3rd Bedroom- Queen Bed (Main Level)4th – 2 Twin Beds (Main Level)5th – Twin Bed (Downstairs)This home is pet friendly! This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date.
