The living room includes a comfortable sitting area with a beautiful gas fireplace and a baby grand piano. Large windows provide plenty of sunlight and large glass doors lead to the gorgeous outdoor pool area. A beautiful built-in bar is located in the living room – which makes this room perfect for festive social gatherings.The ground floor of the main house has an open floor plan that includes vistas of the various rooms. Just off the living room is a large family room (located on the other side of the foyer). This room is perfect for watching television on the large flat screen TV. The family room also has a beautiful gas fireplace.One of the gems of the main house is the spacious chef’s kitchen. This kitchen is fully equipped with high end Thermador stainless steel appliances and a wide variety of dishes, pots, pans and every implement you need to make a gourmet meal. It offers a huge chef’s island, two sinks, two dishwashers and plenty of counter space. An elegant formal dining room adjoins the kitchen. The dining table can easily accommodate fourteen people for holiday gatherings!Also on the ground floor of the main house is a bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a powder room near the family room. All upstairs bedrooms are generously sized and have comfortable king-sized beds.THE TWO GUEST HOUSESYes, this amazing estate has two separate guest houses, which are located next to the tennis court on the secluded lower level of the property. There is also an adjacent outdoor seating area and outdoor bar. The guest houses are reached via a beautiful outdoor stepped pathway that will make you feel like you are staying at an elegant resort.The larger guest house has two bedrooms each with its own en suite bathroom, and has the feeling of a spacious, private apartment. Both bedrooms in this guest house have comfortable beds – one is king-sized and the other is king-sized. Like every bedroom on the entire estate, each bedroom has a flat screen TV. This guest house also features a game room with a full size pool table and flat screen TV, plus a nice view of the tennis court. This large room also has a pullman-style kitchenette. This two bedroom guest house is very private from the main house and from the other guest house.The other guest house is one bedroom with its own bathroom. It is located at the other end of the tennis court from the first guest house and also has views of the tennis court. The bedroom consists of a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV and a pullman-style kitchenette.The guest houses have a separate shared laundry room for guest use – no need to go to the main house to wash or dry clothes. Both guest houses are well-separated from the main house, offering a great feeling of privacy.THE GARDENSFor security and privacy, this estate is totally surrounded by white stucco walls. Most of the walls have hedges next to them – again for privacy and security. There are three beautiful Spanish-style gates. The compound features beautiful, lush gardens, a small green lawn, and resort-style outdoor landscape lighting. The gardens highlight a citrus grove with orange trees, grapefruit trees, lemons, and limes – help yourself while they are in season. The garden was designed to provide year-round flowers and includes many plants that have a dazzling scent.
