At no time may any of these visitors remain overnight or assume any guest privileges whatsoever.3. The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.3. Guest is responsible for all child proofing. Any child amenities (pack & plays, high chairs, etc.) shall be completely and fully inspected for satisfactory working order by Guest prior to use. While the house has been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rate.6. Tampering with / disabling the decibel meter and refusing to reinstall it is grounds for immediate cancellation.7. We are very flexible hosts, and do not ask or expect our guests to clean prior to check out. However, we also don’t expect our guests to leave a mess; cleaning that requires substantially more time than usual due to garbage, stains, spills, etc., will be charged to the Guest at $40 per hour.
