The bedrooms offer maximum comfort with 12 inch memory foam beds, blackout curtains/room darkening shades and ceiling fans. Each bedroom has a portable AC/heater plugged in to give you personalized temperature control for your stay!Master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king bed and 40 inch smart tv. Please just park on the street opposite from the home.☀ The home has an exterior security camera above the front door and a noise decibel monitor above the sliding glass door in kitchen☀ FYI on maintenance schedules: Trash & Recycle Day: Thursday AM (A third party company will come Wednesday to take out the trash cans to the street and bring them back in on Thursday after trash pickup); Lawn Care: Bi-Weekly.☀We have an additional rental agreement that is required to be signed after booking your reservation. We also collect a copy of your government ID/license that is required by our insurance company to have on file. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if these requirements are not met within 24 hours of booking.☀ We conduct additional guest screening outside of the booking platform. Booking your stay gives us as the manager and our 3rd party, SafelyStay, Inc to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Maximum occupancy for this property is 12 people. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.2) No smoking, drugs or illegal substances anywhere on property. There shall be a minimum fine of $1,000 for this violation.3) Quiet hours 10pm-8am. Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down at night. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.4) Must be 25 years and older to book.5) No pets allowed on property unless specifically stated in the listing; there shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. If pets are stated in the listing, then the following rules apply: Maximum 2 dogs allowed on the property. $250 pet fee for the first pet and $150 for the second pet. No cats allowed.
