This immaculate & comfortable charming 3 bedroom, 1-1/2 bath is only four houses from the sandy beaches of the huge Delaware Bay where there is actual social distancing going on! The bay beach is the best for long walks, dolphin sightings, collecting sea glass, running your dog and kayaking! The house is just a short 10 minute drive from the heart of historic Cape May and 10 min. drive from Wildwood.This newly updated home boasts a spacious eat-in kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a sunroom, 1-1/2 baths, Washer/Dryer, a fenced in yard & an outdoor shower and sleeps 10-12. The master bedroom has a king size memory foam mattress and it’s own half bath. The second bedroom has a double bed and a trundle twin bed. The third bedroom has a pyrimid bunk bed with twin on top and double on the bottom. The living room has a double sleeper sofa and the sunroom has a double futon bed.If you enjoy nature, this is the place to be. Cape May is the best place on the entire east coast to watch the bird and monarch migrations in the Spring and Fall. In June, horshoe crabs mate and lay eggs on the bay beaches attracting thousands of birds. Just a short walk or bike ride away is a nature preserve, The Cox Hall Creek WMA, which used to be a golf course. It has 6 miles of paved trails, many wooded trails, a pond and lots of birdwatching opportunities including bald eagles.Definitely reserve a day to check out the cute shops along the pedestrian Washington Mall or to go on a horse-drawn carriage tour to look at the gorgeous Victorian architecture. Surfing at the cove in Cape May or North Wildwood is awesome.We have just installed a TRUE HEPA-13 medical grade air purifier system that will filter the entire place once an hour. We also have enhanced deep cleaning procedures disinfecting all high touch surfaces.
