Pet Friendly,Acorn Cottage. Our cottage is our home – you’ll feel at home too!This is a two bedroom cottage on crystal clear, sandy bottom, all sports Paradise Lake. Two separate bedrooms and a futon will accommodate six comfortably. There is a local marina and bait shop on the lake for all of your boating and fishing needs. If you wish you can bring your own boat and launch it down the street at the DNR ramp and park right outside the cottage at your private dock. The fishing is excellent year round. We also have a 27 foot pontoon available for rent (weekly)at our cottage.Our cottage is centrally located at the Tip of the Mitt. Five minutes from Mackinaw City, and Mackinaw Island Ferries, museums, historical Fort Michilmacinac, lighthouses, Mill Creek. Just over the Mackinaw Bridge will take you to Taquaneman falls, pictured rocks, Sault Ste. Marie, and the Sault Locks. Casinos are in Petoskey, or in St. Ignace, just over the Mackinaw Bridge.Keywords: Cottage
