Here, your Atlanta adventure awaits, replete with every comfort and convenience you could wish for.RULES & POLICIES:HOUSE RULESAirbnb guests that have booked a stay have agreed to the house rules:- Please be courteous of surrounding neighbors. We have cultivated a strong relationship to continue to host Airbnb guests. For noise / neighbor complaints guests will be fined or asked to leave the property without a refund.- Guests must be over the age of 25.- No parties &|or events, glitter, tape, or confetti.- No smoking (vaping) or open flames of any kind. This includes incense. Guests who smoke indoors will be charged a $250 additional cleaning fee. We do offer smoking outside & on the patio. But PLEASE dispose of the butts.- Please no loud music or noise after 10 PM. A decibel detector is installed in the backyard & you will be notified if the volume rises too loud for longer than one minute. If this happens more than once you’ll be asked to leave.- Please make sure ALL guests are registered. No photoshoots filming projects unless agreed upon when booking.PETS- No more than two dogs. Pets must be up to date on all vaccinations, including prevention treatment.- No untrained dogs. Dogs must be non-aggressive towards other dogs or people.- As responsible owners, guests must leash pets & pickup waste both in the yard & on walks.- Please keep pets off the furniture and crate when if left unattended.- No dogs in the hot tub (dog hair destroys the filters).ADDITIONAL RULESGuests will be charged for missing or stained bath towels, comforter, sheets, or pillows.REMINDER- Security cameras/audio recording devices are located on the exterior of the property.We attempt to properly maintain the vacation rental. The vacationer agrees to immediately notify the owner of any maintenance problem, so that the situation can be remedied as soon as possible. Owner is not responsible for any inconveniences that may occur for which he/she has no control. This includes but is not limited to: power outages, adverse weather conditions, mandatory evacuation, construction, mechanical failure. Owner shall not be held liable for any injuries that may occur to vacationers or their guests as a result of the acts of said vacationers and guests. Owner is not responsible for any theft or damage to vacationer’s belongings during their stay at the vacation rental.
