Managed by Heavenly Hosts- 1 King bed- Kitchenette with mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, countertop toaster oven and dishwasher- Washer/Dryer available!- 2 TV’s; one in the bedroom area and 1 in living room area (There is no cable at the house. We don’t advertise cable on this listing. There are Smart TV’s + WIFI. You are able to log into your own streaming service accounts.)- His/Her sinks + walk in shower (no bathtub)- Hot tub available!- Indoor Electric Fireplace- Gas BBQ Grill availablePermit Number: 8052200_029- House is considered a duplex. A separate suite is located in the front and will be rented separately from this listing. Nothing is shared with the other rental on the property, except for the driveway. Everything else is 100 % private and not shared. Petit Paradis is the back unit.Guest Access:Front door Code.
